Aori Nishikawa, a female drummer who has been attracting attention in the Tokyo live scene, leads her own group and releases her debut album with full commitment! The album features Nishikawa’s original compositions, which were developed through many live performances and rehearsals with up-and-coming musicians of her generation, as well as standards such as “Satin Doll,” “Nica’s Dream,” and “If I Were A Bell. If I Were A Bell. The recording was done by Tetsushi Shiota, who is also the bassist. The sound of the album was mastered by Gene Paul.
