Tomoyo Harada’s first project to commemorate the 35th anniversary of her debut: a self-cover of “Romance,” one of the most popular songs of the 1990s, 20 years after its release! The original version was produced by Swedish pop hit producer Tore Johansen and released as a single on January 22, 1997. The number is as fresh as a spring breeze, and is still frequently played on the radio in early spring. To commemorate the 35th anniversary of her debut, she has re-recorded the song with a new arrangement by guitarist/producer Ito Goro, with whom she has been working in recent years. The coupling song is a self-penned cover of “Ai no Rocket” from the same 1997 album “I could be free” as “Romance”.
