This is the second release in the “Sony Classical Masterpieces Collection 1000”. This is an album of music composed and recorded by up-and-coming artists such as Toru Takemitsu, Xenakis, and Yuji Takahashi for performance at the “Space Theater” in the “Steel Pavilion” of the 1970 Osaka World’s Fair, and remixed for stereo playback at home. Seiji Ozawa and Hiroshi Wakasugi conducted this piece of future-oriented music.
