[Crossover & Fusion 1000] The new “Crossover & Fusion 1000” series is a spin-off of the highly successful “Jazz Collection 1000” series launched in 2014. Like the Jazz Collection 1000 series, the new “Crossover & Fusion 1000” series is carefully selected from Sony Music’s extensive catalog, focusing on Columbia and RCA, the two major labels in the United States. The 100 titles (Volume 1: 50 titles released on April 27, Volume 2: 50 titles released on May 25) are released at the special price of 1,000 yen plus tax (1,500 yen plus tax for the 2-disc set). The great duo with their ally Dave Grusin reached the peak of their hit album. In addition to Eric Gale, Marcus Miller, Richard Tee, and other members of the “Navesada Family,” George Benson also participated as a guest.
