Seven years after her first album, Singing Ballads. Vocalist Mie Emika has produced a new album with full of energy. In addition to a duo with pianist Koji Goto, up-and-coming bassist Yuhei Motokawa joins her on three songs. The album includes seven songs that Mie Emoie is particularly attached to, ranging from numerous repertoire pieces she has performed on stages across Japan, jazz standards, and hidden gems.
