[Leonard Bernstein (1918.8.25-1990.10.14) was a star conductor who shared popularity with Karajan in the 20th century.) His passionate, emotionally charged, and soulful performances drew the sympathies of many, and he was loved by many with a charismatic following. To commemorate the 100th anniversary of his birth, 50 titles are being released in a limited edition with UHQCD, green color label coating, and sound quality specifications. Bernstein, the first international musician born in the U.S., made a series of successful attempts to incorporate American music in his early conducting activities. His deep love and understanding of American music seems to breathe life into his works.
