Since the release of their last album in 2018, they have been actively touring the world as headliners and receiving prog awards for their own achievements, and in the meantime, they have been working in secret and quietly on this album, entitled “Virus”. This film depicts their rise to power, their tyranny, and their subsequent demise. It could be said that the virus, triggered by the onslaught of riffs, undermines all aspects of human life: biological, psychological, technological, environmental, and political. It is the band’s most varied ever, a culmination of experimentation with musical ideas, and a masterpiece that holds fascinating possibilities for the band’s future.
