This is the first release in the series in 13 years. It’s been 13 years since the release of the classic album “Circle Waltz” (Riverside). Bill Evans-esque pianist Don Friedman performs mainly original numbers with a rock beat style, making full use of acoustic and electric pianos. Recorded July 8 & 9, 1975 in New York City.
