This album commemorates the 15th anniversary of bandoneon player Ryota Komatsu’s debut (as of 2013). This album features a live recording of Astor Piazzolla’s masterpiece “Maria de Buenos Aires,” a tango operata by the “revolutionary of tango. This is a revival of a concert that had been postponed due to the Great East Japan Earthquake, and is a performance of great significance in the history of Ryota Komatsu’s performance career.
