Black Sabbath is one of the leading figures in the heavy metal scene. Despite going through many changes, Black Sabbath, led by guitarist Tony Iommi, has been active for more than half a century and continues to exert a tremendous influence on various HM/HR bands. The live archive of Black Sabbath’s activities under the name Heaven and Hell with Ronnie James Dio three times is now available!The project to release a compilation album of Ronnie James Dio’s time with Black Sabbath began with the lineup of “Heaven And Hell” with Ronnie James Dio and the original Black Sabbath, but when Bill Ward left the band, Vinnie Aldrich and Vinny Ward joined the band and the album was released in 1985. However, after Bill Ward left the band, Vinnie Appice joined the band and the band started its activities. The band started out as a touring-only project, but the popularity of the tour and live album led them to continue their activities as a band. In 2009, the band released the album “The Devil You Know” and toured the United States and Europe.The concert in Bonn, Germany on June 16 of the same year was recorded and broadcast by the German TV station NDR for broadcast throughout Europe. This release is based on the audio tape used for the broadcast, and includes the complete concert. The performance is one-of-a-kind in the pursuit of true HM/HR!Imported domestic edition
