The Slimline XS is the perfect choice for smaller rooms or where space is limited. In fact, its been specially designed to fit Cyrus or similar sized hi-fi equipment.

Although this is Hi Fi Racks’ smallest Podium hi-fi rack, it is manufactured the same as its larger cousins. This rack is sturdily built in the finest solid oak with each piece being individually handmade in Hi Fi Racks’ workshop.

Sharing multiple features as the Podium Slimline, including its 22mm solid hardwood plinths and matching 32mm² legs, its high tensile strength adds density and absorbs vibration.

Features

Construction
This slimline XS Hi Fi rack Manufactured from solid 22mm hardwood staves for every tier, providing stiffness and stability. Each level of the rack is bolted together making a very ridged and helps absorb vibration through equipment. Each board is constructed convex concave adding to the boards rigidity. This Hi Fi Rack comes with removable 32mm² solid hardwood legs, and can be made to any length, this allows the hi-fi stand to be built around your system, giving adequate clearance for heat from the equipment this means you can keep adapting and upgrading your rack with longer legs if you change equipment changes.

Hardwood
The Podium Slimline XS is manufactured from Solid Oak 22mm thick plinths.

Finishes
Select from the following finishes, Natural Oak, Cherry, Mahogany, Walnut, Satin Black, Gloss Black, Satin White and Gloss White.

Each tier can hold 85kg

Leg Lengths
When selecting the appropriate leg height for your rack; this is the clearance between the two plinths. Please note that this does not include the thickness of the plinths (22mm). Any leg length is available at no extra cost, enabling you to specify the exact length to meet your requirements.

Only the Base legs (floor to first plinth) on the Podium Slimline rack come with spikes, so please bear this in mind when selecting your base leg length as this will include the 15mm spike. However, you can specify to have no spike.

Base leg (floor to first plinth) heights with no spike can be a minimum height of 50mm. A minimum height with a spike is 65mm. Any leg above the height of 300mm Hi Fi Racks recommend being bolted for stability.

Please allow adequate space above your HiFi equipment for heat ventilation and check your manufacturers manual for recommendation for effective heat dispersal. Without adequate space this can cause significant damage to both your component and rack.

If you own a valve amp, or any other particularly hot component, Hi Fi Racks highly recommend this component is placed onto a standalone tier or placed on the top tier and not placed on an internal shelf to ensure no damage occurs.

Any component that doesnt have adequate space and causes damage to the rack will not be liable for replacing. Please see FAQs for more information
