Description
The Cayin MT-12 N is a full amplifier in the classic, but no frills design. The front panel of the 2 x 9 Watt tube device consists of solid real wood with chrome insert. The housing with its three encapsulated transformers radiates in noble anthracite lacquer. Especially with 8 Ohm speakers with high efficiency, the MT-12N reveals an impressive fine resolution and generous room image.
The Class A / B circuit was built with one 12AX7, two 6N1 and four 6P1 tubes.
The Cayin MT-12 N offers separate taps for 4- or 8-ohm speakers as well as three line inputs with solid RCA jacks.
