In 2005, he graduated from Tokyo Music High School with special honors, and in the same year began studying at the Liszt Academy of Music in Hungary under the world-renowned Georges Nardole. In 2008, he began performing in the U.S., giving a recital at New York’s Steinway Hall to a full house. He has since released five albums in Japan. This is her sixth album and first with Victor. This album includes Ravel’s piano suite “Gaspard at Night”, which she has long wanted to preserve as a work of art. Recorded at Niigata Koidego Cultural Hall, Niigata, Japan, December 15-17, 2020
