In 1976, the public’s attention was caught by the brilliant debut album “JAPANESE GIRL,” and the 10 songs from this masterpiece album were reproduced in the same order as recorded on the album in a piano solo concert held at Sumida Triphony Hall on March 21, 2008, as “Akiko Yano Recital 2008. The live performance was reproduced in the same order as the songs were recorded. The live performance was recorded and mixed under the direction of master pianist Kinji Yoshino (Happiendo “Kazemachi Romain”, Motoharu Sano “SOMEDAY”, etc.) and released on iTunes only in 2008, and now this masterpiece is finally being reissued in CD quality.AVEX
