Yosuke Konuma continues to update Creole jazz on a global scale with his latest release, the first in the Jazz Antilles series! Part of a live session recorded in a Tokyo studio after his 2017 Japan tour. Included are live versions of existing songs and improvised sessions. The improvisation with ka played by Yosuke Konuma and Arnou Dolmen (ka) and Olivier Juste (ka) primitively expresses the dialogue between Konuma and the two ka players, while the duet with Gregory Priva (p) approaches melodically and demonstrates the unique chemistry between the two.
