This DAC represents the premium implementation of the 32 bit AK4397 Delta-Sigma D/A IC from AKM – full stop.

The AK4397 has the full 32 bit depth permissable in the current market, allowing for exceptionally powerful and musically accurate processing abilities.

Tailored Power System
The unit adopts 4 bespoke and uniquley tailored low magnetic flux leakage power transformers which in total provide 24 individual groups of independent power supply, allowing for incredibly low crossover distortion and interference of the differential circuit system, so critical for premium DAC pefromance.

Selectable ‘HD’ upsampling modes
The unit is able to take the standard ‘RedBook’ output of 44.1KHz/16bit and upsample to an incredible 192KHz/32bit.

The Xindak sound engineers spent endless hours perfecting this design process, and indeed adopted an entirely new circuit topology to achieve their goal of “Music without Compromise”.

The result is a discernable performance improvement in terms of sheer musicality and dynamic range – depending on the audiophiles choice of digital source, the Xindak allows for sampling rates of 96KHz/24bit, 96KHz/32bit, 192KHz/24bit, and of course the ultimate 192KHz/32bit.

Input & output connectivity
The unit also has 5 digital input connections (AES/EBU, Coaxial, BNC, Optiocal, USB) and both single ended and fully balanced outputs – convenient for you to connect with your audio system regardless of your preeference of topology.

Add the built-in op-amp and tube output circuit (6922 Tube x 2), you have the choice of the output you prefer to enjoy your music collection your own way.
